Who we are
Peri at Work is run by Jonathan Renard, based in Ireland ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: hello@periatwork.com.
What we collect
When you sign up, we collect your first name, your email address, where you came from (for example, Instagram), and the date you signed up and confirmed. Our email provider also records whether you open or click our emails.
What we don't collect
The 7-Day Clarity Kit at kit.periatwork.com saves your symptom answers only in your own browser. They are never sent to us, and we can't see them. Please don't send us health details by email or direct message; if you do, we'll use them only to reply to you.
Why we use your data
To send you the kit, daily emails with practical tips, and occasional offers for our courses and products. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give when you sign up and confirm your email. You can withdraw it anytime by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email.
Who processes your data for us
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) stores your contact details and sends our emails.
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts our website and processes technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect it. Some processing may happen outside the EU, under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
- If you message us on Instagram, Meta (Instagram) and ManyChat, which automates our replies, process that conversation under their own terms.
We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. After you unsubscribe, we may keep your email address on a suppression list so we don't email you again by mistake.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy of it. Email hello@periatwork.com. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland (www.dataprotection.ie).

Our emails and kit are for adults aged 18 and over.

This website doesn't use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent first.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top.
